To minimize product spillage, we offer two types of systems. 

1) Interlocking offset wings welded to the Apron Pan, with a thru pin to connect the chain.

2) Extended inner chain bars with welded attachments to bolt to the Apron Pan.

For conveyor belts used in mining or other heavy-duty applications, we offer a selection of chain styles from the Chain-Standard for 6” or 9” pitches.

Extra heavy-duty chain bars are available for  6″, 9″ and 12″ pitches, ensuring reliability and durability under high-stress conditions. These heavy-duty conveyor belts are specifically designed to handle challenging environments.
